Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA | Approval and publication of the listing prospectus

Oslo, Norway, June 3, 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (“Cloudberry” or the “Company”) on December 8, 2021 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of which 2,629,310 shares were delivered in a separate tranche which would not be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange until the publication by the Company of a listing prospectus.

In addition, reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on January 7, 2022 concerning the acquisition of 60% of the shares of Captiva Groupwhich was partially settled by the issuance of 3,484,041 new shares of Cloudberry which were also registered with the VPS on a separate ISIN, pending the publication by the Company of a listing prospectus.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (the “NFSA”) today approved a prospectus relating to the listing of 6,113,351 shares on Oslo Børs.

The Prospectus can be downloaded electronically from the Cloudberry Reports and Presentations website.

The Prospectus has been prepared for the sole purpose of listing the new shares. Accordingly, no securities are being offered under the Prospectus.
